The cushion cut head features a 1/3 ct invisible set round cut diamond in the centre, surrounded by 8 invisible set round cut diamonds in two sizes. A finely carved yellow gold milgrain gallery extends up to under the shoulder and upper shank. It features a bezel set round cut diamond each at the front and back.
